The WWC business office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm except on major holidays.

During these hours, staff personnel are available to schedule appointments and answer any questions that we did not answer for you here. Our goal is to respond to each call personally. But if you reach our answering machine, please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message, and your call will be returned promptly.

In Case of an Emergency

If you are a client facing an overwhelming challenge or emergency, you may call the office and ask to speak to your counselor. If your counselor is with another client and cannot accept your call, you will be advised to go the hospital. If you reach the office’s answering machine after business hours, follow the instructions on the recorded message.

 If you are calling on behalf of a client who refuses help in a crisis situation, please call the Center for Community Resources 24-hour crisis line at 1.800.292.3866.

New client information

 

When you first call our office for an appointment, an administrative staff person will ask for your contact information and what prompted you to make the call. You are welcome to indicate if you have any preferences regarding selection of your counselor. This enables Dr. Drolet Coneybeer to match you with the counselor best suited to meet your particular needs. It is also important for us to know if you need any special accommodations during your sessions. The administrative assistant will explain payment options and verify insurance coverage during this initial phone call.

Payment for services

WWC accepts many kinds of insurance and has a fee schedule for services for clients who have no insurance. WWC will work with you and your insurance provider to make the most of your coverage and promptly process all claims. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. WWC accepts major credit and debit cards, cash and personal checks for our clients’ portion of payment for services.

Cancellation policy

Your therapist reserves appointment time specifically for you, and does not double-book counseling appointments. Without adequate notice, your therapist is unable to schedule another client during the time dedicated to you. In fairness to your therapist, WWC assesses a fee for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and for no shows.
