Becky earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England and believes healing begins in the connection between therapist and client. She takes a client-centered approach, blending evidence-based practices with compassion and curiosity to meet each person where they are.

Her goal is to create a space that feels safe, accepting, and open—somewhere you can bring your full self, talk through your struggles, and begin moving toward the future you hope for. Becky’s work often focuses on trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and relationship challenges. She frequently works with women and men healing from early sexual trauma, offering support as they reclaim a sense of safety, strength, and self-trust.

Alongside her clinical work, Becky is part of the leadership team at Wellness Works Counseling, where she helps strengthen client care and deepen the practice’s connection with the community.
