Support groups at Wellness Works Counseling offer a powerful way to heal through connection. In a group setting, you’re reminded that you’re not alone—and that your struggles make sense. Being with others who share similar experiences can reduce isolation, increase self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
Groups provide a supportive space to connect with others, learn new skills, hear different perspectives, and feel seen and understood. Led by a trained counselor, each group is designed to be safe, respectful, and grounding, while helping members move toward healthier patterns and stronger relationships.
