The Quiet the Critic and Reclaim Your Voice Workshop

For many women, especially those who have experienced trauma, loss, caregiving responsibilities, or difficult relationships, these patterns develop for understandable reasons.

Over time, however, constantly prioritizing others can leave you feeling disconnected from your own voice.

Becky’s Workshop Facilitator Bio

Becky brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to her work. She knows what it’s like to lose your voice, question your needs, and feel the weight of an inner critic—and she also knows that healing, while challenging, can lead to real and lasting change.

Becky creates a space that is compassionate, honest, and deeply supportive—where you can begin to understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with your inner voice, and build self-trust from the inside out. Her work is rooted in helping people move through trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges so they can show up more fully in their lives.

She believes this work isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming back to who you’ve always been.

Imagine Trusting Yourself Again

What would change if you trusted your instincts a little more?

Imagine being able to:

  • Make decisions with greater confidence
  • Express your needs without excessive guilt
  • Set healthier boundaries
  • Feel more grounded in your relationships
  • Respond to yourself with compassion instead of criticism
  • Recognize your strengths rather than focusing on perceived shortcomings

The goal isn’t to become someone different.

The goal is to reconnect with the person you’ve always been beneath the expectations, self-doubt, and survival strategies.

  • The impact of trauma, loss, caregiving, and difficult relationships
  • Practical communication tools for expressing needs more clearly
  • Self-compassion and emotional awareness
  • The resilient and courageous parts of ourselves that often go unnoticed
