I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience providing therapy and psychological assessment to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in autism and ADHD assessment and treatment and provide affirming, supportive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I understand that navigating autism, ADHD, relationships, family dynamics, and everyday life can sometimes feel overwhelming—especially when traditional approaches don’t fully recognize your unique strengths and needs. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while developing practical strategies for the challenges you’re facing.
I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that can help you develop greater self-understanding and self-compassion while working through emotional and behavioral challenges. I also have extensive experience addressing child and family behavioral concerns and working with a wide range of mental health concerns.
In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessment for children and adults, including comprehensive evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other diagnostic concerns. My goal is to provide you and your family with greater clarity and a deeper understanding of how you think, learn, communicate, and experience the world.
I believe that effective therapy starts with understanding the whole person—not simply focusing on a diagnosis. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
