Ready to move forward— But worried about repeating the same relationship patterns?

Ending a painful relationship can leave you questioning yourself, your choices, and whether you can trust yourself in future relationships. This 8-week virtual support group helps adults heal from difficult relationships, rebuild confidence, and develop the skills needed to create healthier connections moving forward.

Does this sound familiar?

Healing after heartbreak can feel overwhelming and isolating. But this difficult season can either keep you stuck—or become an opportunity for meaningful growth and transformation.

The patterns you don’t heal often become the patterns you repeat.

Many people move into new relationships carrying unresolved wounds, fears, and unhealthy patterns from the past. Without healing, these patterns can quietly shape future relationships.

The good news? With the right support, awareness, and tools, meaningful change is possible.

Tina’s Group Facilitator Bio

Hello! I’m Dr. Tina Krolikowski, PsyD. I love helping people find themselves again after difficult or unhealthy relationships.

I created the Being Authentically You Support Group because healing is easier when you don’t have to do it alone. In this group, you’ll meet others who understand what you’re going through. Together, we’ll learn new skills, talk about how past relationships may have affected your sense of self, learn to manage big emotions, discover what matters most to you, and practice setting healthy boundaries.

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people build healthy coping skills, handle difficult emotions, and make choices that match their values. These proven approaches can help you create positive, lasting change.

My approach is warm, kind, and supportive. I believe you know yourself best. My job is to guide you, encourage you, and give you practical tools as you reconnect with your true self. You don’t have to go through this journey by yourself.

If you’re ready to reconnect with who you are and build a life that reflects what matters most to you, I would be honored to support you. I hope you’ll join us as we take the next steps toward healing, confidence, and meaningful connection—together.
