I provide individual therapy and couples counseling for adults, with a particular passion for helping young professionals navigate relationship anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from West Virginia University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or conflict in their relationships. Others are navigating major life changes, questioning their sense of identity, or wanting to build healthier, more secure relationships. Together, we explore these challenges with curiosity and compassion while identifying practical steps toward meaningful change.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a collaborative, strengths-based therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore your experiences, develop new insights, and move toward the life and relationships you want. I strive to create a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and LGBTQ+-affirming space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered.
My approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Nonviolent Communication to help clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, and develop greater self-compassion. Whether you’re working through relationship anxiety, healing from past experiences, navigating a career or life transition, or seeking more fulfilling connections, we’ll work together to build on your strengths and create lasting change. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more confident, connected, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
