I help professionals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are high-achieving women who have spent years taking care of others, meeting expectations, and pushing through challenges—until anxiety, flashbacks, trauma responses, or relationship struggles begin to impact their work, confidence, and personal life.
If you find yourself struggling with perfectionism, overworking, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others, you are not alone. Many people who have experienced trauma and relationship wounds carry patterns that once helped them survive but now make it difficult to feel safe, calm, and connected.
My approach focuses on helping you understand the deeper reasons behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can begin healing from the inside out. Together, we will explore how past experiences may still be affecting your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.
I specialize in helping clients with:
Trauma and PTSD symptoms, including flashbacks and emotional triggers
Dissociation and feeling disconnected from yourself or your surroundings
Anxiety, overthinking, and feeling overwhelmed
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficulty slowing down
Relationship challenges and patterns connected to past experiences
Healing from trauma and relationship wounds
Building self-trust, confidence, and healthier boundaries
My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate and evidence-informed approach that helps you better understand the different parts of yourself that may feel anxious, critical, overwhelmed, or protective. I also incorporate Nonviolent Communication to help clients build healthier relationships and express their needs with greater clarity and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, two trauma-focused approaches that can help process difficult experiences and reduce the emotional impact of past trauma. I blend these approaches with mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused strategies to create treatment that is personalized to your needs.
I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on safety, trust, and understanding. My goal is to provide a space where you can bring your full self, explore what has been holding you back, and move toward a life that feels more connected, confident, and fulfilling.
I provide secure telehealth therapy for clients throughout Pennsylvania.
