I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. Trauma therapy is a particular area of focus in my work, and I have extensive experience helping adults who have experienced childhood abuse, neglect, PTSD, and other traumatic events. I also have decades of experience providing trauma intervention and critical incident support for police officers, emergency responders, and others who have experienced traumatic experiences.
I believe therapy should be tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you better understand your experiences, manage difficult emotions, develop healthier patterns, and move forward. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, anger, trust, intimacy, and infidelity.
My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing and feel understood. Together, we can work toward meaningful change, whether that means healing from past experiences, managing anxiety or mood-related concerns, improving your relationships, or finding a healthier way forward. If you’re ready to better understand yourself and create positive change, I’m here to help.
