My areas of focus include relationships, sexuality, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, spirituality, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and trauma. I also have experience supporting people with autism and ADHD and helping clients navigate the unique challenges that can come with these experiences.
I believe that finding balance is an important part of mental and emotional well-being. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate mindfulness, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, Tai Chi, music, and other evidence-based techniques into our work. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and experiences so you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful changes in your life.
