The Compassion Expansion Workshop: Quiet the Critic and Reclaim Your Voice

Do you find yourself second-guessing your instincts… unsure of what you truly need… or even feeling guilty for wanting more space, rest, or support?

After years of showing up for others, it’s easy to lose connection with your own voice—and start questioning whether your needs even matter.

This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with yourself so you can begin to trust your thoughts, understand your needs, and feel more confident in the choices you make every day.

Through guided reflection and the music of Alanis Morissette, we’ll explore self-worth, inner criticism, and reclaiming personal power—all within a supportive, compassionate space.

During this in-person workshop, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the inner processes that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

  • Learn how to recognize and work through internal barriers that impact your relationships

  • Develop practical strategies for clearer communication and expressing your needs

  • Begin strengthening self-trust and emotional awareness in real time

As this self-trust grows, you may notice shifts such as:

  • More honesty in your relationships

  • Stronger, more grounded boundaries

  • A deeper sense of connection with others

  • Less self-doubt and second-guessing in daily decisions

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with who you already are beneath the patterns—someone with insight, presence, and the capacity to express yourself more fully.

Becky’s Workshop Facilitator Bio

Becky brings both clinical expertise and personal experience to her work. She knows what it’s like to lose your voice, question your needs, and feel the weight of an inner critic—and she also knows that healing, while challenging, can lead to real and lasting change.

Becky creates a space that is compassionate, honest, and deeply supportive—where you can begin to understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with your inner voice, and build self-trust from the inside out. Her work is rooted in helping people move through trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges so they can show up more fully in their lives.

She believes this work isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming back to who you’ve always been.
